Recipe:

Chat masala to be used for gamishing not for cooking .It’s a complete masala with fine taste and fragrance . Equally useful for all kinds of chat and fruit salads. Only salt to be added if needed.sprinkle over fried ready made snacks such as paneer pakora , veg pakora fish finger, kababs , roasted chicken for unique taste . Cut different seasonal fruits in approximate similer sizes mix with chat masala . add lemon juice and myonise souce in small quantity .garnish with coriander leaves and mint leaves.

INGREDIENT :-
White Salt, Dry Mango, Black Salt, pepper, Cumin Seeds, Chillies, pomegranate Seeds, Cardamom, Coriander, Ginger, Ajwon, Nutmeg, Mint leaves, Cloves, Asafoetide.
